Elyton Capital

Our goal is to responsibly grow the value of our companies.

Elyton Capital is a private capital company located in Birmingham, Alabama. Our team is passionate about working with owners and management teams in the lower middle market. As investors and operators, we apply the best practices learned from experience within a broad mix of industries, company sizes, and market conditions. As current and former managers, we have an appreciation for the difference between providing value-adding advice and resource-draining oversight and reporting. Our companies interact directly with the decision makers in every aspect to speed execution and drive results.

An Accelerated Time Frame. A Repeatable Process.

Whether the challenge is an ERP implementation, diversifying a customer base, reinvigorating new product development, or developing and executing a growth plan; we have experience tackling those obstacles. Success the first time might be luck. But the ability to repeatedly succeed is skill.

Customized Investment Structures for Long-Term Results.

Elyton Capital is a private capital group and not a private equity fund. Each investment is structured and held independently based on the specifics of each situation. There is no predetermined exit time frame or fund time horizons. Our goal is to responsibly grow the value of our companies.

We believe long-term, responsible growth is the aligning factor that brings together companies, management teams, employees and investors.
